- prices are per apartment, per night and per person
- extra person additional € 30,– (incl. GST) per day
- apartments are equipped for a maximum of 2 people
- minimum stay 3 days

- check-in from 3PM, Check-out before 11AM
- payment via bank transfer in advance; for long term rentals 1 month rent in advance, then ongoingly at every 3rd of the month
- all prices are inclusive of GST and all additional costs such as water, heating, electricity, etc.
- final cleaning fee of € 50,– , payable once
